Design & Planning

The design is tailored to your requirements, including size, layout, materials, and finishes. Any necessary planning permissions or building regulations are reviewed at this stage.

Groundworks & Foundation

Once the design is finalised, the site is prepared and foundations are installed. This creates a strong, level base that ensures the long-term stability and durability of the garden room.

Construction & Installation

The main structure is built, including the framework, roof, insulation, doors, windows, and external cladding. Electrical wiring and any additional features are also installed. This stage transforms the design into a fully functional building.

Interior Finishing & Handover

The final stage includes plastering, flooring, decorating, lighting, and any bespoke interior features. After a thorough quality inspection, the completed garden room is handed over, ready for immediate use and enjoyment.
